On Sunday February 26th 2023 Dášenka had 7 lively kittens 🐱 It is our third litter, therefore the name C. I was suprised by the number because Dášenka had only 5 babies in both her previous litters. If I'm not mistaken, there are 5 boys and only 2 girls 😄 Dášenka is an experienced mother and has delivered her kittens without any help. However, nursing of 7 has completely changed her feed preferences 😀 Dáša usually refuses wet food. She eats maximum 2 teaspoons a day and stuffes herself with dry food. Since the birth she devoures 1 pouch + 200 g can of wet food. She almost forgot the dry.

There will likely be only boys available because I'd like to keep one or both of the girls. However, I think I'll keep one of the boys too, or more precisely, I will be looking for a "host family“ 😉
